Available right now for just $309.99 is the Lenovo 3000 J105, a fully-loaded desktop computer with tons of features. In fact, about the only component this system doesn’t include is a monitor.
This bargain-priced desktop computer is powered by an AMD Sempron3000+ processor, which runs at 1.8GHz. There’s 256MB of DDR400 RAM to get you started, although you’ll probably want to upgrade to at least 512MB, or the maximum of 2GB, for faster performance in the future. Graphics and audio are both integrated. There’s a CD-ROM drive, but if you decide you’d like CD-RW or DVD capabilities, you can add-on using one of the many available expansion bays — an external 3.5″ bay, and external 5.25″ bay, and another internal 3.5″ bay (best used for adding on something like an extra hard drive, for example).
